We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
4. Shipping Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
- Standard Delivery: 7 – 10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10 – 15 business days
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email on your registered contact details.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.

8. Delays & Issues
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incorrect contact details
Muso is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing item:
- Please record an unboxing video
- Share it with us within 48 hours of delivery
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process replacement requests.
