Replacement Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: playmuso.com/pages/terms-conditions.

Please carefully review our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy when purchasing our products. The policy will apply to any order you place with us.

2. No Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns of products once delivered, except where explicitly required under applicable law.

3. Replacement Policy

We provide replacement only, and strictly under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • Product received is damaged during shipping
  • Product is defective
  • Incorrect item has been delivered
  • Missing items (if applicable)
  • All components of the product must be complete, intact, and untampered for the claim to be valid

4. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To request a replacement, you must provide valid proof, including:

  • A complete unboxing video, recorded from the start of opening the package
  • The package seal and shipping label must be clearly visible
  • The issue (damage/defect/missing item) must be clearly shown

Important
Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests may be rejected.

5. Reporting Timeframe

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be considered

6. Verification And Approval

  • All replacement requests are subject to review and verification
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on the evidence provided
  • We also reserve the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the provided proof

7. Replacement Process

Once approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped based on availability
  • Timelines may vary depending on location and logistics

We may request return of the product in select cases at our discretion.
Only one replacement per order/product will be provided.

8. Refunds (Limited Cases)

We generally do not offer refunds

However, a refund may be issued only if a replacement is not feasible, such as in cases where the product is out of stock or unavailable.

All refund decisions are subject to verification and approval.

9. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements or refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Missing claims without valid unboxing proof
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

11. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

12. Company Rights

  • Cancel any order at our sole discretion (including stock issues, payment concerns, or unforeseen circumstances)
  • Accept or reject any replacement, refund, or cancellation request
